Travel Back East

We've just returned from a week in The Motherland. Well, both Motherlands: Philadelphia, PA and Charlottesville, VA. We spent three days in Charlottesville: visiting AFS, interviewing at Darden, and wondering what it would be like to purchase our first home. One more month until I hear if I can become a Wahoo for a second time. I hate waiting...

On Tuesday, we took the Greyhound and Amtrak up to Philadelphia for a few days at my parent's house for my cousin's wedding. Who was the Guest of Honor, you ask? But of course, The Philly Phanatic!

Congratulations, Jim and Rosie!

The Land's End Trail

With only five weeks left until the Los Angeles Marathon, we spent our Saturday morning running ragged around San Francisco. I cannot believe that after living here for more than five years, I had never run the trail throughout Land's End. It was a gorgeous day and a gorgeous run. We are on our way to finishing this marathon!

We would kick an arse or two!

Seven months ago, on 05-July-2010, Jeremy and I drove home from The Boltano Wedding Weekend in Sonoma, California.  We spent the rest of July traveling throughout France with a few stops in Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands. Back from vacation, I decided to apply to graduate school, and Jeremy decided it was time to run his first marathon.

So it has been a busy seven months! And we have no idea where we are headed. Amidst the confusion, we have begun to ponder, "What... exactly... *would* the Boltano's do?" We're not yet quite sure ourselves! However...

"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go."
